again, this is not yours

dude, doood, sorry to keep on, erm sounds like you got some decks there.there wouldnt be a problem if you put "author, title," then remix or edit after it. people will know that you are genuine and honest if you credit the true author of the sample.
read the agreement on the submit audio page carefully next time
regards

erm have i heard this b4

dude, be careful, when you submit work that isnt entirely your creation, u gotta at least credit the author of the samples. u might end up getting busted, seriously. im sure ive heard some of those tunes b4. i know you probably dont mean any harm, but i dont want you to get busted so im just tryin to offer u advice....sorry if this review is a let down.....by the way all those drumnbass clips totally rule, you have good music taste.
take care
maybe u got some tunes u made? submit em, ill be on the lookout

the-postal-dude responds:

Ehheh.

Yeah, some of those beats weren't mine. I just added them in there. Some are.

Alright cool.

I have a few. Well. All of the rest are kind of mine.

Thanks for the advice.
Yeah, I like this kind of music.
Alrighty. Thanks.

Listen to a few of my other tunes.

Not bad matey

Ok ill note neg points first, like i normally do:
its possible you have the same prob i have....that is over-repetition...i do that a lot, like repeating a loop too many times. i wasnt hugely blown away by the drums, although they were fairly original. i personally wouldve put this under the trance genre, due to the drum rhythm, but i can see that the dark nature of the bass line and melodies makes it a bit too DARK to be trance...genre is what people use to try and categorize music, but its impossible really.i liked it a lot when you dropped the drum pattern, and had the melody and bass hanging, quite atmospheric. ill be on the lookout for some more of your stuff to see how you develop.cheers

Pandora-Tranquil responds:

thanks, idk maybe ill work on making it shorter, the problem with that song is alotta FX i used and stuff dont SEEM different but they are.
I actually used 3 totally different paddings for the song, and changed them as we went through.

thanks for the review, i dont normally do dark stuff (i have a few now) but check out radiate, and\or the striker.
(radiate is on the weekly fav right now)

Nice guitar

I like the guitar sound mate, well grungy, would sound excellent with really heavy drums, system of a down style u know?
Good riff too, quite catchy like!

originality=7:its hard to come up with something original these days, but youve pulled a few wee things off playin those chords

Diversity=6:well, one instrument was used, that prevented this score getting high.quite solid control of the instrument keeps the score over half decent heh

Clarity=8:i cant easily hear mp3 compression effects, which is good. youve managed to keep heavy low end guitar hits, whilst bringing in some high end occasionally...good balance

Effort=9:you put some effort in, to get a recording of this quality, with little error.extra score for being a guitar player, solid chord basher!

woawcha!

Thats far out. are you signed? if no, why the #### not? the only wawy i can describe the completeness of the music u make is "signable". cu later
