Fresh, solemn and uplifting

Nice everything. too bad about the micophone hiss, but its really ignorable since the song cuts through it like a heros' sword.

I recommend you to anyone with the slightest admirable taste in music.

once again, great is the operative word for your music.

Kingbastard responds:

yeah, the hiss is a bitch, but I use very basic gear so there's not a lot I can do about it, plus I like a bit of noise on a recording:)
Thanks for the review, appreciate it.

You'd go down a storm in venues.

just bring yourself and a guitar. This goes above 10. why cant I click above 10...
such a clean sound and a really subtle phasing on the vocal, VERY NICELY DONE!!!

Kingbastard responds:

THANKS:P

Fantastic

Nice going. Really nice. is that you playing and singing, great stuff man great great stuff.

Kingbastard responds:

it is me, yeah, who else would it be:)!! Cheers for the comment.

solid

Slight clipping in the mix toward the end. never mind that was amazingly and strangely oriental somehow, with RnB undertones. 500% for originality anyway. Nice going!

Saylek responds:

thanks for the review, the mix towards the end is on purpose, i made the track fade out while addin another few seconds of the beat. sounded gud to me back then, but yeah it does kinda sound like a mistake now that you mention it. thanks again! hope you comment on my next piece which should be out preety soon. i think i wrote to much, did i write to much? Yeah i wrote to much.

too bad its midi-sounding

Dude, nice idea, also the song is a total legend. Im telling you, if this wasnt midi-sounding and something more like reason, fruity loops, more hifi rich sounds, you could be on to something. 90s REVIVAL!

TRUMPETHero1992 responds:

yeah i'm working with terrible software

Nice

For some reason some parts of this seriously remind me of FF7 and FF8. which makes the listening even more amazing. Its the horn sections i think! and the timpani and well a few things. NICE JOB! Theres a lot there actually!

masterjiji responds:

yeah im a timpani player, so that might help. actually, youd be surprised to know that the insane bell part near the beginning was inspired by basic death metal rhythms. wow, wack.

I feel calmer now.

Really nice, Sounds like something that would be played after a huuuuge space battle, its all over and the survivors are winding down. Because its calm, but also solemn at the same time.

Nice one, great sound.

chucktownbluv responds:

thanks, philjo. i appreciate it. you have some good stuff, too.

Wow great!

Thats so sweeet, it fills my ears on all levels but is spacious at the same time. A winning combination in my view. lots of effects and diddly bits make it sound great too.
Superb use of vocals and bass and drums and well every damn thing, Nice job!

QuirkyIV responds:
